Strength is equivalent to that of the parent material: The strength of the welded joint can reach 85%-95% of the parent material, which is significantly better than traditional fusion welding.

Core Technology Principle: Friction Stir Welding (FSW)

Principle overview:

Friction stir welding is a solid-state connection technology. A high-speed rotating stirring head (consisting of a stirring pin and a shoulder) is inserted into the joint of the workpiece to be welded. Friction heat is used to soften the material and produce plastic flow. Under the mechanical stirring action of the stirring head, material mixing and metallurgical bonding are achieved without melting the parent material and filling the welding material.

Technical core elements:
Friction heat generation and plasticization: The rotation speed and downward pressure of the stirring head are precisely controlled to ensure that the material softens without melting.
Material flow and mixing: The stirring pin drives the plastic material to flow along a specific path to form a dense weld.
Dynamic recrystallization: High-temperature plastic deformation promotes grain refinement and improves the mechanical properties of the weld.
