Company Profile

Dongguan Zhihui Welding Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2021, supported by the platform resources and technical expertise of the CFSW Center. We specialize in friction stir welding (FSW) technology and provide integrated solutions including FSW equipment, contract welding services, welding tools, and advanced manufacturing support.

Our mission is to promote the industrial application of FSW technology and help customers achieve high-quality, efficient, and reliable welding production. We focus on long-term customer value by delivering optimized processes, customized equipment, welding consumable development, and technical support.

Our solutions are widely applied in EV battery trays, motor housings, liquid cooling plates, busbars, vacuum chambers, and components related to 5G and energy storage industries.

Core Technology Principle: Friction Stir Welding (FSW)

Friction stir welding (FSW) is a solid-state joining process that produces high-strength, defect-free welds without melting the material. A rotating tool generates frictional heat and plastic flow, allowing materials to mix and bond under controlled pressure.
